Music Video: The Shins – “It’s Only Life”

The Shins, together with Pitchfork, have released a video for “It’s Only Life” from their fantastic new album Port Of Morrow.
The video features James Mercer apprehended by the shadowy creature on the cover of Morrow while a child and his dog explore the bleak, apocalyptic suburbia of Portland, infested with the Morrow monsters. The end scene, the exchange between the monster and the ecstatic boy, is priceless.
